Dr. John Loewen has practiced family medicine for close to 50 years, caring for patients of all ages from his office on Washington Avenue in Niagara. He earned his medical degree from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Medicine in 1975.

Visits here are not rushed. Dr. Loewen asks questions, listens closely, and looks at the whole picture, the way family medicine has always been meant to work. From everyday illnesses and checkups to long-term conditions like blood pressure and diabetes, he and his staff treat patients like neighbors, because most of them are.
