One of the frustrations of having children can be sleeping issues in the toddler stage. You're tired from a long day and they are either ready to play or cry. Here is some good advice I've come across from the folks over at WebMD. Read the article here. Leave a comment for others on what you've found works well at bed or nap time for toddlers. (I'm thankful Lisa and I are in the Grandparent stage now. So much easier. Ha)
