"Early to bed, early to rise makes one healthy, wealthy and wise." I can't guarentee the wealthy and wise part, but studies show that getting enough sleep has many health benefits. Check out this article from AARP on 4 great benefits of getting the sleep you need.

Watching TV, reading your favorite novel, getting your work done on the computer, or even studying too much all can have bad effects on your body. One recent study even found that too much sitting was more dangerous to the body than too much fat. Read it here.

Get up and get moving throughout the day. Take the stairs. Walk the dog. Grab your sweetheart's hand and stroll around the block (you may need to bundle a bit but that's ok.) The point is to move and the more the better. Stay active and stay healthy.
